When you tap Email Sarah, your email app opens with the message started. You can attach a screenshot from there — just drag it in or tap the paperclip.

Getting in

I can't sign in, or Google shows a 403 error.

Sometimes the little browser tucked inside your email app blocks Google sign-in. Opening the guide in a regular browser tab usually clears it up.

  1. Copy the guide's link and open it in your normal browser — Chrome, Safari, or Firefox — not the one built into your email app.
  2. Sign in with the same Google account you used the first time.
  3. If you still see a 403 or another error, email Sarah with the exact message and a screenshot.

I'm waiting on my phone instead of my laptop.

The guide runs in a browser tab — it's not an app. If a link from your email opened it in your phone's in-app browser, sign-in can stall.

  1. Open your phone's real browser (Safari or Chrome), not the in-app browser from your email app.
  2. Paste the guide's link there and sign in with the same Google account.
  3. A screenshot of what you see in the stuck app helps Sarah sort it fast.

My business details or saved posts are missing.

Your posts and business details live under the email you signed in with. If they've vanished, you're probably signed in under a different account.

  1. Check which email you're signed in with right now.
  2. Sign out and sign back in with the original email address you used.
  3. Don't clear your browser data or delete anything — that won't bring them back and can make things harder to find.

My active listings or saved captions are missing.

Listing notes, captions, and saved posts are tied to the email you signed in with — not your MLS or brokerage login.

  1. Double-check which email you're signed in with right now.
  2. Sign out and sign back in with the email you first used.
  3. If a listing you were working on is gone, look in your saved posts before re-entering it — it often landed there.

Setting up

I don't know what to enter during setup.

Setup just asks for the basics about your business. Here's what each one means, with made-up examples you can swap for your own.

  1. Business name — what you'd put on a business card. Example: “Lakeside Realty.”
  2. Service area — the towns or zip codes you work. Example: “Eau Claire and within 30 miles.”
  3. How clients should reach you — the way you want people to contact you. Example: “Call or text 555-0142, or DM me on Instagram.”

I don't have three writing samples.

You don't need old posts — just answer these in your own words, the way you'd actually say it to a client.

  1. How would you tell a client their home is ready to list? Example: “Hey Marcus, we're live — the listing's up and looking sharp. I'll send over the link.”
  2. How would you explain what's included in a listing? Example: “Photos, open house, and all the online syndication — one and done.”
  3. What would you say about a satisfying sale? Example: “Took three offers and we closed above ask. You'd never know how much paperwork that was.”
  4. Remove any client info (names, addresses) before you paste your answers in.

My voice card won't generate.

The voice card needs all three samples filled in before it can build your voice. When it stalls, it's usually a blank field or a shaky connection.

  1. Make sure all three writing samples have an answer in them.
  2. Check your internet connection — if the page dropped offline mid-try, it may not have finished.
  3. Copy your answers somewhere safe (your notes app, a text file) before you refresh.
  4. Wait for the current attempt to finish, then try again.

Today's date or day number looks wrong.

The plan counts from the start date and time zone you chose — not a fixed calendar. If the day looks off, check those two settings.

  1. Open your settings and find your start date and time zone.
  2. Make sure the start date is the day you want Day 1 to be.
  3. Make sure the time zone matches where you actually are right now.
  4. Don't reset the whole plan — fix those two and it'll catch up on its own.

Making a post

The guide won't write my post.

The guide needs the required questions answered before it can write anything — and if today's post is about a real client's home, it needs permission checked too.

  1. Make sure every required question on that screen has an answer.
  2. If the post is about a real client's home, make sure you've confirmed it's okay to post (and that the fair housing check is clear).
  3. Wait for the current attempt to finish — don't tap again while it's still thinking.
  4. Your answers are saved, so you won't lose them by waiting.

The caption doesn't sound like me.

You can tell the guide to try again in a different direction, or just fix the words yourself.

  1. Edit the caption directly — tap into the text and change whatever sounds off.
  2. Or type feedback like “shorter,” “less salesy,” or “more like how I talk.”
  3. Use “Try another version” to get a fresh take.
  4. If it keeps missing, update your voice card with a better sample or two.

The caption includes something that isn't true.

Don't post anything that isn't accurate. Fix or cut the made-up part before it goes out.

  1. Read the caption all the way through before you post it.
  2. If it names a price, a sale result, or a client story that didn't happen, delete that part or correct it.
  3. Never publish invented prices, sale results, availability, or client stories.
  4. If it describes who “should” live in the home, cut that too — describe the home, never the buyer. That's the fair housing check.
  5. Short and true always beats long and wrong.

The caption describes people, not the home.

Booked Out captions describe the home and the market — never who “should” live there. That's not just style; it's fair housing. The kit's gut check catches most of it, but you're the final check.

  1. Read for phrases like “perfect for a family,” “ideal for empty nesters,” or “great for a young couple.”
  2. Rewrite those to describe the home: “Three bedrooms, a south-facing yard, walk to the park.”
  3. When in doubt, run it past your managing broker before you post.

The Copy button doesn't work.

If the Copy button's being stubborn, you can copy the old-fashioned way.

  1. On a phone: press and hold the caption text, then drag the handles to select it all.
  2. Tap “Copy” from the menu that pops up.
  3. On a computer: click and drag to select the text, then press Ctrl+C (or Cmd+C on a Mac).
  4. Paste it where you need it — into your notes, or straight into your social app.

Where do I add my photos?

The guide gives you a caption and a photo idea — it doesn't post for you. You add the photos where you normally post.

  1. Copy the caption from the guide.
  2. Open Facebook or Instagram and start a new post.
  3. Paste the caption in, then add your own photos from your camera roll.
  4. The guide's photo suggestion is just an idea of what to shoot — use real photos from your phone, not stock images.

Saving and sharing

I copied my post, but it didn't publish.

Copying and saving aren't posting. The guide doesn't publish for you — you do that in your social app.

  1. Copy the caption from the guide (or use the Copy button).
  2. Open Facebook or Instagram and start a new post.
  3. Paste the caption in and add your photo.
  4. Hit publish there. That's the step that actually puts it online.

How do I save a post or find it later?

Use “Save draft” to hold a post you're not ready to publish. Your saved posts live in your saved-post library.

  1. Tap “Save draft” on any post you want to keep.
  2. Find your saved posts in the saved-post library any time.
  3. Come back and pick up where you left off.
  4. Only mark “I posted it” after you've actually published it on social media — that keeps your library honest.

One favor: please don't email passwords, payment details, or private customer information — names, phone numbers, license plates. A screenshot of what you're seeing on screen is plenty.
